PRESIDENT

Trey French serves as President of the Georgia Healthcare Supply Chain Association (GHSCA), providing strategic leadership to advance healthcare supply chain excellence, collaboration, and operational integrity across Georgia. With more than 25 years of experience in healthcare supply chain leadership across hospitals statewide, Trey currently serves as Vice President of Supply Chain for Phoebe Putney Health System, a three‑hospital system in southwest Georgia that functions as a critical safety‑net provider for rural and underserved populations. As GHSCA President, Trey is committed to strengthening partnerships among providers, suppliers, and industry stakeholders, promoting best practices that improve patient care, reduce costs, and enhance resiliency.

RANDY ROWELL, M.ED.

VICE PRESIDENT

Randy Rowell, M.Ed. offers 25+Years of Health Care Business Operational Performance and Management Oversight.  His diverse, cross-blended professional experiences is inclusionary of Health System and Vendor/Supplier roles and positions with specific focus on Accreditation & Compliance, Clinical Operations, Supply Chain Operations, and 3rd Party (Vendor/Supplier) contracting and service delivery. 

Randy is the CEO of OptiAchieve and One Pass Access.

RUSTY HIGGINS, CMRP

SECRETARY

Rusty Higgins is a versatile supply chain professional with approximately ten years’ experience in healthcare contracting, vendor contract negotiation, and data analytics. She leverages twenty-seven years of experience as a paralegal, gaining extensive experience in corporate and law firm environments, offering a unique blend of analytical rigor and contractual expertise. Rusty completed her undergraduate degree from Kennesaw State University. She has a history of community service, having served on the Board of multiple non-profit organizations and is a Certified Materials & Resource Professional. 

RANDY LESTER
TREASURER

Randy Lester is the Director of Value Analysis and Master Data Management at Grady Health, where he leads critical initiatives that advance clinical, financial, and operational performance across the organization. Randy is known for leveraging data integrity, cross‑functional collaboration, and value‑based decision‑making to drive sustainable improvements in supply chain efficiency, product optimization, and patient care outcomes. He also serves as the Treasurer of the Georgia Healthcare Supply Chain Association (GHSCA), supporting statewide professional development and strengthening partnerships across the healthcare supply chain community.

TAMIKA GODDARD

EDUCATION CHAIR

Tamika Goddard is a healthcare supply chain executive with 20 years of experience transforming sourcing, procurement, and strategic operations across leading health systems. As Director of Strategic Sourcing and Procurement at Grady Health System , one of the nation's largest safety-net hospitals, she provides strategic leadership for enterprise-wide contracting and procurement, delivering measurable cost efficiency and operational excellence. She holds a B.S. and an MBA in Healthcare Management. Tamika also serves on the Health Connect Partners (HCP) Education Advisory Board, where she leverages her expertise to advance healthcare education and foster impactful solutions across the industry.

CHARLES PLATT

MEMBERSHIP CHAIR

Charles Platt is the Area Vice President of Supply Chain Operations for Georgia and Alabama at Advocate Health, where he provides executive oversight for supply chain strategy, operations, and performance improvement across a multi‑state healthcare network. He is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with more than 36 years of healthcare supply chain and process improvement leadership experience. Charles holds degrees in Health Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Healthcare Administration, and previously served as a Captain in the U.S. Air Force. He is a Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) Life Fellow, a Certified Materials and Resource Professional (CMRP), a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), and a former President of the Georgia Society for Healthcare Materials Management.

NATALIE DYER

PROGRAM & EVENT LOGISTICS CHAIR

Natalie is a scientist by training, communicator by trade, focused on using data-based decision making to identify root causes and innovative solutions to Procure-to-Pay processes. As the Manager of Wellstar's Procure-to-Pay Center of Excellence, she leads a team to break down silos and optimize Wellstar's procurement cycle through data analytics, collaboration, and innovation. She also serves as a member of the Healthcare Industry Resiliency Collaborative's HIRC Academy Planning Council and is a member of Engage's Supply Chain Working Group. Natalie has a BS in Ecology from the University of Georgia and is a certified Workday SCM Pro.

MATT TACKETT

COMMUNICATIONS & MARKETING CHAIR

Matt Tackett is the Regional Supply Chain Director for Piedmont Healthcare.  He brings over 16 years of Healthcare Supply Chain Experience with over 11 years in leadership.  He has worked in multiples roles during his career with a variety of different acuate and nonacute provider models.

Pete currently serves as an independent supply chain consultant with GHSCA with a passion for mentoring young professionals and bridging the industrial networking gap in supply chain. As a retired veteran with 21 years of expeditionary logistics experience and over 20 years of healthcare supply chain experience he has served AHRMM on various committees as well as the 2014-2016 President of Georgia Society of Healthcare Materials Management. He completed CMRP and Fellowship in AHRMM.
