The Georgia Healthcare Supply Chain Association (GHSCA) invites you to our Lunch and Learn Empowerment Session. This session provides a foundational knowledge of vendor onboarding for healthcare systems.

Participants will receive a walk-through of different aspects and departmental processes of Vendor Quality and Compliance Initiatives from Contracting to Service Delivery. Healthcare Provider Organizations utilize a multitude of 3rd Party Businesses (Vendors) for business operations. Whenever a 3rd Party Business is utilized, there are a series of “vital business information exchange” processes occurring between multiple departments of the Healthcare Provider Organization and Vendor Company. What are the shared process steps all Healthcare Provider and Vendor/Supplier Businesses from Vendor Selection to Contracted Product & Service Delivery? How do we align or internally audit the overall VQC Programs?

The attendee will walk away with a better understanding of “vital data/information exchange and due diligence processes” between Healthcare Providers and 3rd Party Businesses, processes from Vendor Selection to Product/Service Delivery, and the Vendor Rep Credentialing Process and how it aligns with contracted Industry Partner, Vendor, Supplier sales and service delivery.
